Fill Out the Online Form & Pay the Flat Fee
Complete our simple online order form and pay the Trademark Flat Fee of $1,290.00.*
*This low flat fee covers steps 1-4 & 6-8.

Comprehensive Trademark Search
We conduct a thorough trademark search of the USPTO database and relevant sources, then email you a clear summary of the results — no jargon, no mystery.

Strategy Call
Within 7 days of submitting your online form and payment, we will call/videoconference with you to review search results, discuss your proposed mark, and map out a customized filing strategy — including identifying the right trademark classes for your goods/services.

Customize Your Application
Next, we build your trademark application based on our call/videoconference results, with strategy tied directly to your brand goals and filing landscape.

File with the USPTO
We file your application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Required USPTO Government filing fees of $350.00 per class are due at this stage — this is separate from the attorney flat fee.

USPTO Examining Attorney Review
The USPTO assigns an examining attorney who reviews your application. This typically takes 3–6 months. We monitor progress and keep you informed.

Publication for Opposition
If approved, your mark is published in the USPTO Gazette. Public has 30 days to file opposition.
Most applications proceed without issue.

Registration or Notice of Allowance
Your trademark is registered or a Notice of Allowance is issued, depending on your filing basis. We guide you through whichever path applies.

Maintain & Protect Your Trademark
File maintenance documents, actively police infringement, & keep using mark(s) in commerce.
Maintenance document fees: $195.00 between years 5–6, then $195.00 every 10 years thereafter.
Contested matters or work outside the quoted scope are separately priced. If a matter changes, becomes contested, or expands beyond the original scope, additional work is quoted separately before proceeding — always before, never after.

Trademark Maintenance
